Randhawa releases calendar dedicated to 550th Prakash Purb of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji

CHANDIGARH:Punjab Cooperation Minister Mr. Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa today released the calendar dedicated to 550th Prakash Purb of Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji after deliberations with the delegation of the state committee of Punjab State Ministerial Service Union of Cooperation Department. The Minister congratulated all the employees, especially union members for preparing the calendar.

CHANDIGARH: The successful holding of the 550th Prakash Purb celebrations of Sahib Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji by the Punjab Government under the leadership of the Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh and the top notch arrangements have received widespread applause all across the globe and the Chief Minister is getting accolades from far and wide. The Chief Minister shared this info during the Cabinet meeting held on 2nd December, 2019 and gave the credit to the Cabinet Minister Mr. Charanjit Singh Channi who was also congratulated by the whole cabinet.

Dera baba nanak ready to welcome 30,000 pilgrims a day during 550th Prakash purb utsav

Dera Baba Nanak:Come November 8 2019, and the historic Dera Baba Nanak will witness an exciting convergence of a whopping 30,000 pilgrims a day for four days. To accommodate the pilgrims, many of whom will be coming from distant lands, a sprawling 30 acres of land has been transformed into a well-equipped Tented City, with capacity to put up around 3,500 people a day.

Channi blames Badal family for using Akal Takht to stop Punjab Govt from celebrating 550th Prakash Purb

CHANDIGARH: The Tourism and Cultural Affairs Minister, Punjab, Mr. Charanjit Singh Channi here today in a press communique said that the Shiromani Akali Dal Badal is out to stop the Punjab Government from celebrating the 550th Prakash Purb of Sahib Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji by using Sri Akal Takht Sahib. Criticizing SAD President Sukhbir Singh Badal and Bibi Jagir Kaur, Mr. Channi said that these two are the biggest impediments in the joint celebrations of the Prakash Purb. These Akali leaders owing to their vested political interests are creating roadblocks in the prakash purb celebrations.
